Biofeedback Specialist Alisha Buchanan has been in the Natural Health Industry since 1995 and actively practicing Biofeedback since 2006. Stress Management has been her caveat all the way along. Why her caveat? The term, which means "let him beware" in Latin is referring to a notice, warning, or word of caution provided to an individual or entity before they take action. And her response to this was "omnia paratus" another Latin phrase meaning to be prepared in all things : ready for anything! The Covid-19 Pandemic was a SUPER STRESSFUL time for the whole world. Everyone has experienced stress on some level during this period of time and this is what inspired Alisha to create the SRP Program which eventually lead to the Stress Release Protocols. Born from her heart she truly wanted to be able to help more people better manage their stress on an individual level, to be prepared our self care which equals health care. These biofeedback stress retraining protocols are created from the over 20,000 hours of experiences she has had working one on one with clients.
