The Stress Release Program (SRP) is designed to help an individual better understand the consequences of their choices. The information we provide in our SRP model is based on over 20 years of intense biofeedback study along with extensive research from experts in each field of study. We use multiple medical grade instruments to measure your body’s stress responses for accuracy, efficiency and effectiveness.
You also receive biofeedback therapy and a client manual with over 75 pages of useful tools and suggestions to maximize your success for the long term!
We work with you to create positive solutions in any stage of your life regardless of the condition or complaint. TYWC understands the importance and 100 % believes that teamwork and accountability can help any willing person to reach their own personal “healthier lifestyle” goals. The TYWC Stress Release Program is flexible & meets individual needs. Studies show that to establish any habit takes about 21 days minimum and when we compounded that with consistency for another 21 days we saw better results for our clients. Of course, there are always exception to the rules and in some cases, the length of the program could become shorter or longer depending upon client needs. SRP is about stress management and one needs to recognize the stress that is impacting your metabolism to then be able to change it.
What is metabolism?
Metabolism refers to the chemical (metabolic) processes that take place as your body converts foods and drinks into energy. It’s a complex process that combines calories and oxygen to create and release energy. This energy fuels body functions. What does your metabolism do? Your metabolism never stops, even when your body is at rest. It constantly provides energy for basic body functions, such as breathing, circulating blood, digesting food, growing and repairing cells, managing hormone levels, regulating body temperature. And what is nutrition? Nutrition is a branch of science that studies the process by which living organisms take in and use food for the maintenance of life, growth, and the functioning of organs and tissues.
